Our investors realize value through Guaranteed Returns generated from the efficient management of these assets, as well as Performance-Based Profit Bonuses derived from successful real estate projects. FUJI's operations are sustained by administration fees linked to the management of these investments.
A significant portion of our investors participate in these opportunities through the FUJI Real Estate Fund, allowing them to hold Limited Partner (LP) shares in various real estate investment projects.
Backgroud
Leveraging over a decade of robust investment experience in managing more than $1 billion in Chinese real estate development and a $30 million asset management portfolio in Singapore (from 2002 to 2012), FUJI Capital was officially established in Canada in 2013. Based in Toronto, FUJI Capital is an independently owned and operated financial and investment consulting firm dedicated to assisting clients in achieving their financial objectives.
Since its founding, FUJI has been registered as both an Exempt Market Dealer and an Investment Dealer, effectively managing real estate investments for a diverse clientele, including small businesses and individuals across Canada. Currently, FUJI oversees more than $100 million in client assets, both domestically and internationally. In response to evolving securities legislation impacting real estate investment entities, FUJI Capital launched the FUJI Real Estate Fund in 2023. This fund allows our real estate investors to pool their assets, thereby enhancing diversification and optimizing investment returns.
